Governance automation technology that turns obligations, scans, and submitted evidence into audit-ready workflows and report artifacts.
AI governance evidence automation
Scan. Report. Done. We retain nothing.
Most AI governance programs fail not because companies lack policies, but because turning policies into auditable evidence is slow, manual, fragmented, and expensive. Mechapiens is building an automation layer that converts AI governance obligations into evidence-producing workflows without long consulting projects, heavy integrations, or slow NDA/DPA back-and-forth.

What we defend
Convert policy and framework obligations into repeatable workflows that produce evidence, findings, and reviewable report outputs.
Preserve audit continuity, timeline context, and drift comparison through report-side continuity controlled by the customer.
Use uploaded source evidence and report artifacts as temporary operational materials, reducing unnecessary custody and leakage risk.
Package findings, supporting signals, framework mapping, and continuity context into a report-side evidence pack that auditors and governance teams can inspect.
Public signal reports
AIGovXRay Web Surface Scans identify what is observable before privileged access: disclosure posture, public AI interfaces, data-entry surfaces, and evidence fragility. These reports are market-level signal maps for deciding where deeper evidence review should begin.
European Banking 2026
Public web-surface scan across the EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The revised report identifies 12 confirmed signals, including three HIGH overall risk signals requiring immediate review, and maps them against EU AI Act Article 50, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF lenses.

Public web-surface scan of federally insured depository institutions with observable AI or chatbot interfaces. The report identifies three confirmed signals and a market pattern where major bank AI systems are often kept behind authentication while public surfaces concentrate among community banks and credit unions.

AICM and AIDP are being developed as governance primitives for change control, delegation boundaries, and accountable agentic execution. AIGovXRay is the inspection layer that turns those ideas into reviewable evidence.
AIGovXRay uses deterministic analysis and structured scoring logic to keep findings traceable, repeatable, and explainable across evidence-led governance reviews.
Who we are
Mechapiens is led by Ioannis Vandoulas, Founder & Systems Architect and creator of AIGovXRay, AICM, and AIDP. The company builds AI governance and forensic technologies focused on evidence continuity, agentic system inspection, and operational accountability.
AIGovXRay is a functional inspection system developed end-to-end by Mechapiens, with capabilities for evidence ingestion, deterministic analysis, governance gap detection, and structured reporting. Its approach is being refined through real-world scans, revised public signal research, and evidence-pack review workflows.
Ioannis presented AIDP at IETF 125, contributing to protocol-level discussions on agentic execution and delegation governance.
AIGovXRay
Zero source-evidence retention by design. Generate governance reports quickly with temporary report artifacts, minimizing data leakage risk and simplifying secure external assessments.
Approach
Mechapiens connects public-surface triage, submitted evidence, framework obligations, and generated reports to the workflows buyers and supervisors already expect, without presenting the result as legal certification or compliance attestation.
Obligation to workflow
Evidence before opinion
Continuity without custody
Low-friction governance review
